Withdrawal settings
Service charge
This percentage applies to new withdrawal requests and direct owner withdrawals. An investor's charge is waived while their current value is below remaining net invested. Existing zero-fee loss quotes stay zero; a positive quote can still fall to zero if the investor is in loss at settlement. Changing the saved rate creates an updated terms version that every investor must accept before their next portal access; existing request quotes remain unchanged.

Agreed withdrawal exception
Use only when SigniFX and the investor have explicitly agreed to withdraw before the three-month date. This creates an approved request; it does not move money or settle units. The current value cap, service charge or loss waiver, MT5 reconciliation and weekend settlement rules still apply.
Cleared broker cash flow
Issue or redeem units
Complete this only after the external transfer has settled. The balance before settlement prices the units; the actual balance after settlement updates the pooled MT5 account.
Requests and approvals may happen on any day, but settled cash flows are recorded only on Saturday or Sunday when no trades are open. Investor transactions must begin from an approved request after Fusion confirms settlement. Direct owner transactions are exempt from the three-month investor rule.

Detailed monthly report delivery
When enabled, SigniFX queues one privacy-filtered report per active investor at 9:00 AM Asia/Riyadh on the first Monday of each month, covering the prior calendar month. Each investor receives only their own values, cash flows and allocated daily results, plus account-wide trading statistics. Missing or uncertain metrics are labeled; they are never estimated.
Previewing shows the exact subject and plain-text email plus its report data; it does not queue or send anything. The test button sends the currently loaded preview only to the administrator at julian@signifx.com, never to the selected investor. Delivery status is for the selected investor and month. “Sent” means the email provider accepted it, not that it reached the inbox.

SigniFX automatically emails an Excel copy of the latest saved investor register to julian@signifx.com at 9:00 AM Asia/Riyadh on the first Monday of each month. The workbook identifies its portfolio valuation date. This administrator copy runs independently of the investor monthly report setting.

Use this for service notices such as travel dates or a planned non-trading week. Eligible recipients are active, verified investor accounts, including investors who are not funded yet. The owner account is excluded. Each investor receives a separate private email; recipient addresses are never shared by CC.
